"Penny," AKA "Darkstone’s Instant Karma," is co-owned with her parents Kevin and Natalie, and their young family, in Calgary, AB. Penny is a product of the breeding between our Grand Champion and U.S. National Specialty winner "Roscoe," and our own "Ebony," who is the offspring of our Grand Champion and Iron Dog-Titled "Caesar," as well as multi-Ch. "Samba." Penny is litter mate and "bigger sister" to our AKC Grand Champion "Kona." Penny is a large female, obviously favoring her very large Mother Ebony on this physical characteristic, with a very well developed musculature, and one of the most highly developed rears we have seen on a female, hailing back to her Grandfather Caesar. Penny is well balanced, very strong looking, and moves exceptionally well, which is a signature trait inherited from her Father Roscoe that won him many large shows during his career. Penny demonstrates a lovely black brindle coat, with strong copper-colored brindle, which is what bestowed upon her the name "Penny," and is a striking combination of the traits of both parents. Penny has a very sweet, loving personality, and is extremely family orientated, truly mothering and watching over her young "human kids." Penny has begun the early stages of her training for the conformation ring, in pursuit of her future Championships.
