We attended the RCC National Sieger Show. Although it was a cold and rainy day, the show went on as planned and Jade showed in the Veteran Female class and at the age of 8, received a V2 rating. We thank Bill and Sandy for bringing Jade out and allowing her to participate in this show. Thank you to Judge Lucy Ang for the wonderful critique.
In December, 2006, we attended a Sanctioning Match and Practice BST held by the Foothills Working Rottweiler Club. Jade was entered in the Champion Females class and received a V1/Select Female Rating from Judge Andreas Mueller. This is the critique she received:
Four year old female. Very well built. Correct size. Calm, attentive. Excellent female head with small ears. Right ear is not carried correctly. Brown eyes. Broad short muzzle. Mouth pigment mostly black. Strong neck. Very well developed chest of excellent depth and width. Straight front. Paws sufficiently knuckled. Pronounced withers. Excellent top line with correct croup. Tail is docked. Very good anuglation in the front, excellent angulation in the rear. Well muscled thighs. Beautiful course coat. Light marking, well distributed but should be more defines around the muzzle. Free fluent movement with space covering gait. Complete scissor bit. Full dentition.

“Jade” is a very strong example of a typical female Rottweiler. She is medium in size, but with very strong overall breed type, and extreme energy and athleticism.
Other than her inherent structure and movement, Jade was simply a “natural show dog,” one who loved to be in the ring and performing for the crowd. Jade finished her CKC Championship at a young age, and took first “Award of Merit” at the Canadian National Rottweiler Specialty. Jade also travelled to the
U.S. and handily completed her AKC championship, taking majors over large entry fields. Jade is owned and loved by Bill and Sandra Grover of
Calgary,
Alberta.
